"I parked here when we just got in Pittsburgh. Downtown for Draft 2026. However you have to buy something from Target(10/20$) for parking. You also have to be out before Target closes at 8pm. It is a nice store. I bought socks. I like them, comfortable. Not worth the parking but I wasn't paying attention when looking for parking. Lesson learned."
